Ingredients

Are you up for a challenge to make some delicious cookie shots? You won't regret it! To get started, all you need is:

  • Pink, yellow, and purple food coloring
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • Powder gelatin packet
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate easter eggs

 Directions

Follow the instructions on the gelatin packet and set aside liquid gelatin.

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk.

Add in vanilla extract and 2 Tbsp of your liquid gelatin and mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 3 smaller bowls and color with each of the 3 colors - pink, yellow, and purple.

Take your pink cheesecake mixture and place 1 tbsp into the bottom of your cookie shots. Do the same with your purple and then yellow cheesecake mixtures to create a layered effect inside.

Place your cookie shots in the fridge for 2-4 hours to set the cheesecake.

Top with whipped cream and chocolate easter eggs when ready to serve.
