You'll also need to nix raw eggs. Raw eggs can contain salmonella, so it's important to leave them out of the equation altogether. There are a few different ways you can do this - you can use a chia or flax egg as a replacement, or simply omit them entirely.

1 cup dark brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature

2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons almond milk 

1 cup miniature chocolate chips


Once you've got your ingredients sorted, it's time to get cooking! Start by creaming together your butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in your vanilla extract along with your almond milk. Then, add in your flour and salt then mix until everything is well combined. If you're using a chia or flax egg, add it in at this stage.


From there, simply add in any desired mix-ins - chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles - and enjoy! Just be sure to eat it within a few days, as cookie dough made without eggs can spoil more quickly than traditional recipes.
